RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS:

1. The raffle promo is open to all MemoXpress and Jr. MemoXpress customers nationwide.
2. To be eligible for 1 (one) raffle entry, customer must have a minimum single receipt purchase of PHP 5,000 and up.
3. Customers must fill out the online raffle form https://woobox.com/jxfxwx .

Required raffle registration data:

-Name

          -Birthdate

          -Contact number

          -Complete address

          -Email address

          -Branch name (store name of purchased device)

          -Purchased device unit (purchased device unit model)

          -IMEI/ Serial Number of purchased unit

          -S.I. / Receipt Number

1. Promo period will start from July 27, 2024- September 27, 2024.
2. There will be 26 winners of the following (as stated above).

   RAFFLE DRAW MECHANICS:

   1. The winner will be selected randomly on October 10, 2024 at 3:00pm (Philippine Standard Time), via zoom at Mind Alliance Ventures Inc Office, Room 802, Pacific Centre Building, Quintin Paredes, Binondo, Manila). The raffle draw will be done electronically through woobox.com under the supervision of an authorized DTI representative.  
   2. Below is the schedule of Raffle Draw.

   3. The winner will be informed through phone call, registered mail, and will be announced via MemoXpress Official Social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
   4. All employees of MemoXpress and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are excluded from participating in this promo.

    

   HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE

   1. The winner shall claim the prize at any MemoXpress and Jr. MemoXpress stores nationwide.  The redemption period shall be within 60 days from the receipt of registered notice. If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated period, prizes are forfeited in favor of Memoxpress upon prior approval by the DTI.
   2. Upon claiming his/her prize, the winner must present the registered mail and two (2) valid IDs or government issued ID (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID) and proof of citizenship (Valid Passport or Birth Certificate).  If there is any discrepancy between the winning entry and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified.
   3. Requirement of winner’s representative in claiming the prize- an authorization letter from the winner, the original copy of the registered mail, photocopy of the representative or valid ID, and winner’s valid ID (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID) and proof of citizenship (Valid Passport or Birth Certificate).  The representative must also present original copies of the same required valid forms or IDs and other requirements stated above.
   4. By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or public activities of MemoXpress relating to the draw.  The winner agrees that Memoxpress may publicize the name and photograph of the winner.
   5. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash. Customer can only win once on the raffle draw.

   MemoXpress will shoulder the winner’s tax relating to the raffle prize exceeding to P 10,000.
