Get 1% discount on your next phone purchase using Maya Credit!

1. Promo period is from June 23 to September 22, 2022.

2. The promo is open to select Smart and TNT Prepaid Customers who will apply and be approved for Maya Credit Early Access. Customers who use the Maya Credit loan amount to purchase any 5G smartphone from MemoXpress will receive a 1% cashback voucher as a reward.

3. Eligible Smart & TNT Prepaid customers will receive an SMS (sender name: Smart or TNT) with a unique code and a link to the Maya website with detailed promo mechanics.

4. On the website, customers must review the promo conditions and click on the link leading to Maya App Missions Page where they can enter the unique code.

                a. For customers who do not yet have a Maya account, the link will lead customers to download the Maya app on the App Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei App Gallery to create and upgrade their Maya accounts.

5. Users need to enter the unique code from the SMS to Maya app’s Missions page. Once the code is entered successfully, customers will be screened for Maya Credit eligibility. Screening will take 2-3 business days.

                a. In the event of multiple attempts to access the same code, the user who successfully enters a unique code first will be deemed the legitimate owner of that code. Succeeding entries of the same code will not be honored.

                b. All unused codes will be deactivated on September 23, 2022, when the promo period ends.

6. If eligible, the user will be able to access and activate Maya Credit. The available credit amount varies per customer depending on user behavior and screening conditions.

7. To use the Maya Credit loan amount, the eligible user must transfer the approved amount to his/her Maya wallet.

8. Customers must use this amount to purchase a 5G smartphone device through MemoXpress online (refer to Annex A for details). Customers can opt to pay online and pickup the device in-store. The purchase of the device should be within 10 days upon transferring the Maya Credit loaned amount to his/her Maya wallet.

9. Customers must pay for the smartphone device using Pay with Maya (Enter registered mobile number) online to qualify for the 1% cashback.

10. Upon successful purchase of the device, the customer will receive a cashback voucher equivalent to 1% of the purchase amount or 1% of the loaned amount, whichever is lower.

11. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:

                a. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
                b. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
                c. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
                d. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
                e. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
                f. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance

12. Unclaimed or unused rewards will expire within 30 days from date of receipt.

13. Customers who have already availed of Maya Credit Early Access can still qualify for the cashback provided they have received a promo code from Smart or TNT and use the Maya Credit loan amount to purchase a smartphone device from MemoXpress.

14. Any cashback received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within 30 days from the end of the promo period. For clarifications or concerns, please call 8845-7788 or email support@mayabank.ph.

15. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:

                a. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from     participating in this promo.

                b. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and upgraded Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.

                c. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the cashback if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.

                d. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).

16. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., PLDT Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., their affiliates, advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified from participating in this promo.
