Q: Where is your store located?

A: Our Head Office is based in Binondo, Manila. We have currently 300+ branches Nationwide. To locate where is the nearest store kindly visit this link and search https://memoxpress.ph/branches/. Our physical stores is available for pick-up of confirmed orders only.

Q: What time are you open?

A: We’re officially open from 9am to 7pm, everyday from Monday to Friday and 8am to 12nn every Saturday. You can still message us via facebook messenger. We announce our operating hours on holidays thru our facebook page.

Q: How do I get touch with you?

Q: Are all your items Brand new and Original?

A: Yes, all our goods are brand new and authentic. As a policy, we will never sell counterfeit gadgets.

Q: Do you accept Trade-ins and Layaways?

A: Sorry, we don’t accept trade-ins and layaways in our online store. But in our offline store we accept Trade-ins only.

Q: I Don't Like The Gadget I Just Bought. Can I Have It Exchanged?

A: Sorry, but we do not allow product model replacements (color, brand). Best to make up your mind before finally buying your dream gadget as all sales are final.

Q: In what currency are your products denominated?

A: Our products are denominated in Philippine Peso (PhP).

Q: Can I bargain for the prices?

A: Generally, all prices posted on our website are final. All prices is based on SRP.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit card installment (Straight payment only), BDO credit card installment up to 36 months and Bank  transfer. 

Q: How much is the shipping fee?

A: Shipping fee varies on your location and the size of the item you bought. Upon ordering online, you will receive a confirmation email with the respective computations depending on the orders you’ve placed, the shipping method or payment method you selected.

Q: I just paid. When will you ship my unit?

A: We will ship it once we have verified your payment with the bank or your payment channel of choice. Please note that cut-off for same-day shipping, next-day receipt is 2pm.

Q: How long would it take before I will receive the item?

A:

For Shipping: 1-3 days (within Metro Manila)

                         3-5 days (Provincial Areas) 

For Cash-on-Delivery:  5-7 days (within Metro Manila and Provincial Areas)

For Pick-Up: Same day pick-up

Q: I haven't received my tracking number yet. What should I do?

A: As a policy, as soon as we have sent your package for shipping, we will send to you the tracking number immediately. We usually send the tracking numbers after the courier pick-up your item. You may also contact us if you still haven’t received the tracking number.

Q: Why hasn't my gadget arrived yet via shipping?

A: You may track your order through the courier’s website using the tracking number we sent you. It usually takes one or two days to ship packages from Metro Manila to other locations within the country.

Q: How much is the Cash-on Delivery Fee?

A: Cash-on-delivery fee depends on your location. Upon ordering online, you will receive a confirmation email with the respective computations depending on the orders you’ve placed, the shipping method or payment method you selected.

Q: Do you ship nationwide?

A: Yes, mxmemoxpress.com ships items nationwide.
