MX Points Terms and Condition
- Earn 1 MX Points for every XX,XXX spent in any MemoXpress branches nationwide or Online Store.
- Points collected can be used to redeem specific Discount Voucher denominations.
- Points collected will expire two (2) years from the date the points are granted.
- Points collected are not transferrable to another MX Member.
- Points collected are not allowed to be merged with another MX Member’s points.
- Points will be only granted for purchases made after a customer signs up for MX Club.
- Member Purchase Bonus of XX,XXX MX Points will be granted when MX Member makes a purchase with a total value of XX,XXX or above in one transaction. It will only be granted once per Member.
- Birthday Bonus of XX,XXX MX Points will be automatically granted on MX Member’s birthday. Member must register their date of birth in the MX Club widget on the MX Online website to be eligible for this bonus. This reward will only be granted for upcoming birthdays and not if the Member’s birthday for the year has already passed.
- Birthday Bonus of double points multiplier (x2 MX Points earned) will apply for one (1) purchase on the MX Member’s birthday. It exclusively applies for MX Online store purchases only.
- Birthday Bonus will be marked as “Completed” on the MX Club widget when Member registers their date of birth, and is not an indicator that they have received the Birthday Bonus rewards.
- Sign Up Bonus of XX,XXX MX Points will be granted when MX Member activates their account on the Switch website (existing customer); or verifies their email address (new customer)
- Upon the redemption of any specific Discount Voucher, the corresponding MX Points value will be deducted automatically from the MX Member’s account.
- Discount Vouchers redeemed are not exchangeable for cash or refundable back into MX Points.
- Discount Vouchers redeemed on the MX Online Store can only be used for MX Online Store purchases.
- In retail outlets, MX Members can redeem Discount Vouchers using their MX Points when making payment at the cashier.
- A maximum of two (2) Discount Vouchers can be used per purchase.
Discount Vouchers are valid for 30 days after they are redeemed. - Discount Vouchers are valid to be used with any ongoing retail or Online Store promotion.
- Gift cards are not eligible for MX Points.
